Toneburst Audio specializes in sound editing, design, foley, and mixing of narrative and documentary films as well as internal/external advertising and short form content. All projects are considered and welcome. Toneburst also mixes studio records and live performances.
Toneburst is run by Gene Park. A graduate of Columbia University's music program, Park transitioned to sound design nine years ago after a decade of playing and mixing music. He's supervised and mixed numerous critically acclaimed feature films including fifteen Sundance Film Festival-accepted features, and has internationally premiered at the Venice, Berlinale, New York, and Toronto Film Festivals. He was also a mixer at The Criterion Collection, re-mixing, mastering, and restoring repertory cinema audio ranging from MODERN TIMES to ROSEMARY'S BABY.
